Background: Former competitive runner at the College of William & Mary; coached at St. Anthony's High School (South Huntington, NY), State University of New York at Cortland (head coach), and Penn State University (volunteer assistant); currently an Associate Professor of Exercise Science at Sacred Heart University and the co-Director of the Life & Sport Analysis Clinic. Just ran the 2013 Newport Half Marathon and happily beat his RUNtrix time range! Currently training for an August Marathon to qualify for 2015 Boston Marathon.

Background: Former collegiate lacrosse player (Ithaca College), shifted focus from coaching lacrosse to train/run competitively in 2006. In 2011-12 set personal records in the 5k, 10k, 10-mile, half marathon and marathon while training with RUNtrix. Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) certified running coach, RUNtrix training coordinator, coaches privately, and races on Team KJM.

Background: Started her athletic career as a gymnast and diver but now proudly calls herself a runner. She has completed four half marathons and just qualified for the 2015 Boston Marathon in her first marathon while following RUNtrix. Passionate about nutrition, diabetes and running.
